N+6 month plan/N+12 Month Plan
*When your contract period ends, SIM will be automatically renewed or cancelled according to the customer's request. Please contact us for the request.
Extension request available Until the 20th of the current month for cancellation for next month.
*The monthly invoice will be billed monthly (Prepaid).
25th of every month will be automatically charged on a recurring basis from your credit card.
*Contract Cancellation Fee: ¥9,800 (tax included) (if cancelled within the minimum usage period)

■Notes
Please note that for defective products, we will check the product once it is returned to us. If the initial APN setting is incomplete, we will not refund the amount.
After the return product arrives within 5 days, we will refund the amount.
Even if you are unable to use the facility due to a problem on our side, if you do not contact us, or if you purchase equipment at your own discretion, we will not be able to provide a refund. When refunding, it will take at least one month to check and review the usage status with the telecommunications carrier or wholesaler.
