Even if you are unable to use the service due to an error on our part, we will not be able to provide a refund unless you contact us. Similarly, even if you purchase equipment at your own discretion, we cannot accept refunds. When making a refund, it will take at least one month for the usage status to be confirmed and reviewed by the telecommunications carrier or wholesaler.
●If any rental items or accessories other than the Wi-Fi router are lost or damaged, we will charge you the following compensation fees.
