-About the product-
●Before using the product, please check that all the products are included.
●In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, defective, or defective, or parts are missing, or you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please check the following and contact us from the inquiry page within 5 days from the date of delivery of the product. .

-About delivery-
● Free shipping nationwide.
●Estimated shipping date: Delivered on the contract start date.
●If you wish to use it this month, it will be shipped in 5 days at the earliest .
●It will be delivered to your home on the rental start date (usage start date). Even if your pick-up is delayed due to your absence, the rental start date (usage start date) will not change.

-About returns-
●The next day after the rental end date (usage end date) is the SIM return date.
● Return: To return the rental equipment, please put the rental equipment in the enclosed return envelope and drop it in the nearest mailbox. The mailing date will be the day after the rental end date.
● If your return is overdue without notification, your service will be suspended. We will also charge you a late fee of ¥500/day.

-About the contract-
●Delivery data will be sent at the time of shipment.
●After the minimum usage period expires, it will be automatically renewed. You can cancel your contract without penalty because it renews on a monthly basis.
*Cancellation applications must be submitted 7 days in advance. (If it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the deadline will be the previous business day)
●When the rental period ends , the SIM must be returned . In the unlikely event that your SIM is damaged or lost, you will be charged a replacement fee of 3,850 yen (tax included).
●If the specified amount of data is exceeded, the communication speed will be reduced to a maximum of 128 kbps until midnight on the day.
● If the carrier determines that the traffic is abnormal or the usage is illegal, such as by allowing a large amount of communication for a certain period of time such as P2P communication and affecting the usage of other users, the communication of the user will be restricted. However, we may give priority to maintaining the usage environment for other users. Please note.
● If you insert it into your device and use it, you will need to set up an APN (access point) . (JT101 & JT201 APN Settings Manual)
● If you would like the initial setup service, please return it to us for a fee of 1,500 yen/unit. Please contact us if you wish.
● If the device is not applicable and you would like a refund, the SIM rental fee, shipping and handling fee will be charged.
*Line penalty fee: ¥9,800 (tax included) (if canceled within the minimum usage period)

-Other-
●KaNichi Mobile requires you to upload identification documents to confirm your identity when applying. Please upload an image of your identity verification document and we will conduct a document review.
For the upload procedure, please upload "Identity Verification Documents Upload" . Please submit one of the following items (driver's license, health insurance card, residence card, passport)
*Copies of both front and back , within the expiry date Once we have verified your identity documents, we will prepare your order for shipment.
