-About returns-
●The day after the rental end date (usage end date) is the return date of the loaned equipment.
● Return: To return the rental equipment, please put the rental equipment in the enclosed return envelope and drop it in the nearest mailbox. The mailing date will be the day after the rental end date.
● If your return is overdue without notification, your service will be suspended. We will also charge you a late fee of ¥500/day.
●If the customer does not return the product after the rental period ends, if the scheduled return date has passed, or if the product is damaged or lost after being returned, the customer will be notified and charged.
-About the contract-
●In case of extension, you will need to order again. Please pay the recurring fee.
●S IM reissue fee: 3,300 yen (tax included)
●If you do not return the WIFI device without notification, a contract cancellation fee of 9,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.
(If it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the deadline will be the previous business day)
[About refunds in the event of a problem] In principle, we will only respond if you contact us within 3 days after receiving the product. Even if you are unable to use the service due to an error on our part, we will not be able to provide a refund unless you contact us. Similarly, even if you purchase equipment at your own discretion, we will not be able to provide refunds. When issuing a refund, it will take at least one month for the carrier or wholesaler to confirm the usage status and conduct a review.
● If you lose or damage rental items or accessories other than the Wi-Fi router, we will charge you the following compensation.

●KaNichi Mobile requires you to upload identification documents to confirm your identity when applying. Please upload an image of your identity verification document and we will conduct a document review.
