1. How do I rent it? Can I make a reservation by phone?

We cannot accept reservations over the phone as we only accept SNS contracts and online contracts.

2. Is there a minimum usage period?

The minimum usage period is 3 months. We also offer 6 month and 12 month terms.

3.If I cancel my contract, how much will it cost? Do I need to return it?

You can cancel your contract at any time during the contract period, but we do not accept refunds for mid-term cancellations.
Cancellations can be made by contacting us via email.

After canceling your subscription, you will need to return your device and SIM card. (Shipping costs are paid by the customer).

4. Can I transfer the contract?

The contract is not transferable.

5.Can I sign a contract even if I am a minor?

I can't sign a contract.

You cannot sign a contract in the name of a minor. Please sign the contract in the name of an adult family member.

6.If the return is delayed, how much will be the late payment fee?

If the scheduled return date has passed, a prorated late fee will be charged until the rental item is returned.
After notifying the customer, we will charge the deposit amount secured at the time of rental reservation.

FAQs for use

1. Power does not turn on/cannot charge.
  • Please replace the adapter and cable and check (determine if the problem is with the accessories)
  • If the problem is not with the accessories, there may be a poor connection between the battery and the device itself. Open the back cover of the WiFi router, remove the battery pack, and reinstall it immediately or after leaving it for a few minutes.

    *Depending on the model, the battery pack and main unit are integrated, and the battery pack may not be removable. If there is no improvement, please contact our customer service (cshanabi@g-gateway.com).
2. Cannot connect to the internet. Unable to connect to WiFi router.

① Check whether 4G, LTE, 3G, etc. is displayed on the Wi-Fi device screen.

*If it is a problem with the radio waves, it can be improved by moving to another location or waiting a while.

② If the problem cannot be improved even after moving to another location or taking some time, please try the following method.

Please restart your WiFi router or smartphone.

Remove the back cover, remove the battery, reinstall it, and turn on the power again.

Please remove the SIM card, reinsert it and turn it on again.

*Depending on the model, the battery pack and main unit are integrated, and the battery pack may not be removable.

There may be an error in the SSID selection on the back cover of the device, or the correct WiFi-key may not have been entered.

*Please be careful about uppercase and lowercase letters.

3.What happens if I exceed the communication capacity of my usage plan?

If you exceed the specified capacity of your usage plan, your communication speed will slow down.

*Please note that if speed restrictions are applied, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

*If you are using a Wi-Fi router with limited capacity, please refrain from watching videos for long periods of time, making online calls, downloading large files, playing online games, etc. as much as possible.

4.If I leave my WiFi router turned on, will the traffic increase?

Smartphones and other devices perform automatic updates and data synchronization, so if you leave them turned on, unintended communications may occur, resulting in data usage exceeding the capacity limit and slowing down the speed.

*Please turn off your WiFi device when you do not need to connect to the Internet.

5. How do I use a router? The main unit gets hot, is it okay?
