●If the SIM is damaged or Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for reasons other than defects.

●The full amount will be charged in the month of cancellation.
●When the rental period ends, there is no need to return the SIMIn the unlikely event that your SIM is damaged or lost, you will be charged a reissue fee of 3,300 yen (tax included).
●Cancellation applications must be submitted 2 days in advance.(If it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the deadline will be the previous business day.)
●The period from ordering to delivery is approximately 5 days.However, we may be out of stock, so we would appreciate it if you could give us the information as soon as possible.
●Delivery data will be sent at the time of shipment.
●After the minimum usage period expires, it will be automatically renewed.You can cancel without penalty as it renews on a monthly basis.
●If the carrier determines that the traffic is an abnormal value or is being used illegally, such as by causing a large amount of communication for a certain period of time such as P2P communication and affecting the use of other users. In some cases, we may restrict the communication of the user in question and give priority to maintaining the usage environment for other users.Please note
