■ Monthly plan (SIM only plan, no device)

※There is no daily bandwidth limit.
※If you exceed the specified capacity for the month (from the 1st to the last day of the month), the communication speed might be slowed down.

Minimum Contract Period：First month（FREE）+3months

※Minimum usage period: First month (free of charge) + 3months
*After the expiration of 3months, the contract will be automatically extended.

※Cancellation is possible until the 25th of the previous month.
※Cancellation fee: ¥9,800 (tax included) (if cancellation is made within the minimum usage period)

※In addition to the monthly fee, a new SIM card issuance fee of ¥3,000 per SIM (tax included) is required.

■For Foreign Residents:  We will ask you to upload your personal identification documents to verify your identity at the time of application. Please upload an image of your identification documents for document screening.

※For the uploading procedure, please upload "Identity Verification Document Upload". Please submit one of the following (driver's license, health insurance card, residence card, or passport) *Copy of both sides of front and back of a valid ID, ensuring it is within the expiration date.

■Notes
●Please understand that we do not accept any cancellation except for SIM failure or defects after receiving the product.
●The full amount will be billed for the month of cancellation.
●When the rental period is over, you do not need to send back the SIM. In the unlikely event that the SIM is damaged or lost, a ¥3,300 reissue fee (tax included) will be charged.
● In principle, cancellation requests must be filed 2 days in advance. (In the case of Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, the deadline is the previous business day.)
●The period from order placement to delivery is approximately 5 days. However, we would appreciate receiving your information as soon as possible, as we may run out of stock.
●We will send you the delivery data together with the shipment.
●After the minimum usage period expires, the order will be automatically renewed, and you can cancel without penalty due to the one-month renewal.
●In the event that the carrier determines that the traffic is abnormal or illegal, such as when a large amount of communication is made for a certain period of time through P2P communication, etc., affecting the use of other users, the carrier may restrict the communication of the user in question and give priority to maintaining the usage environment of other users.
