After your first order, we will send you a convenience store payment invoice via SMS & email every month.

-Plan details-

(1) Data capacity: 50GB/100GB/Unlimited
*Up to 5GB of au line (partner band) and up to 2GB of international roaming can be used within the contract capacity.
*Please check Rakuten Mobile's "International Roaming Supported Areas and Fees" for areas where roaming is available.

・Call charges are 22 yen (tax included) per 30 seconds.
Calls to other companies' connection services beginning with (0570), and some special numbers (188) are not eligible for free calls.

・Domestic SMS is 3 yen (3.3 yen including tax) / 70 characters (full-width) or more

[Note] Domestic and international calls and domestic and international SMS are restricted under this contract. If you would like to use the service, please contact us to request it. Opening requests are free, but additional charges apply for international calls and SMS.
(2) Minimum contract period: First month FREE + 12 months
(3) 3-in-1 data SIM card
(4) Supports Rakuten 4G & 5G communication *Only available when using with a 5G compatible device
(5) SMS reception is available.
(6) When the rental period/contract ends, No need to return the SIM.
In the unlikely event that your SIM card is damaged or lost, we will charge you a reissue fee of 3,300 yen (tax included).
(7) The time from order to delivery is approximately 5 days. However, it may be out of stock, so please give us your information as soon as possible.
(8) Delivery information will be sent at the same time as shipping.

(9) When applying for a contract, you will be required to submit identification documents. For eg. Japan Residence Card, Passport, Health insurance card, My number Card, etc.

After you place your order, we will inform you by email.

- Usage period -
First month FREE + 12 months
*When your contract period ends, SIM will be automatically renewed or cancelled according to the customer's request. Please contact us for the request.
Extension request available Until the 20th of the current month for cancellation for next month.
*The monthly invoice will be billed monthly (Prepaid).

We will inform you the link for Convenience Store Payment by SMS every month.
*Contract Cancellation Fee: ¥9,800 (tax included) (if cancelled within the minimum usage period)

■Notes
Please note that for defective products, we will check the product once it is returned to us. If the initial APN setting is incomplete, we will not refund the amount.
After the return product arrives within 5 days, we will refund the amount.
Even if you are unable to use the facility due to a problem on our side, if you do not contact us, or if you purchase equipment at your own discretion, we will not be able to provide a refund. When refunding, it will take at least one month to check and review the usage status with the telecommunications carrier or wholesaler.
