-Plan details-

(1)Data capacity 100GB per month
*With a capacity of 100GB, you can use up to 5GB of au line (partner band) and up to 2GB of overseas roaming.

* Free domestic calls using Rakuten Link! Please check here for more information.
When not using the Rakuten Link app, it costs 22 yen (tax included) for 30 seconds.
Free international calls to Japanese phone numbers
・Calls to other companies' connection services starting with (0570) and some special numbers (188) are not eligible for free calls. If you use the OS standard phone app, it costs 22 yen for 30 seconds. Domestic SMS costs start from 3 yen (3.3 yen including tax) / 70 characters (full-width characters).
[Note] When using domestic and international calls and domestic and international SMS, the call and SMS charges will be deducted from your credit card. Billing details will be sent to you separately via email.

In the unlikely event that your SIM is damaged or lost, you will be charged a replacement fee of 3,300 yen (tax included).
(7) The period from ordering to delivery is approximately 5 days. However, we may run out of stock, so we would appreciate it if you could provide us with information as soon as possible.
(8) Delivery data will be sent at the time of shipment.

■Contract details

-Usage period-
N+6 month plan/ N+ 12 month plan
*If the desired contract period expires, the contract will be automatically canceled.
Please purchase on the prepaid extension plan page by the 20th of the month prior to the last month available for extension.
(Example: If the last month is April, please purchase on the prepaid extension plan page by March 20th)
*Billing amount will be billed monthly.
(Prepayment) Automatic recurring charges will be made from your credit card on the 25th of every month .
*Line penalty fee: ¥9,800 (tax included) (if canceled within the minimum usage period)

■Notes
●Please note that in the case of defective products, we will ask you to return the product and make a decision after inspection. We will not refund if the APN settings are incorrect.
In principle, we will only accept refunds if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product .
Even if you are unable to use the service due to a defect on our side, if you have not contacted us, or if you have purchased equipment at your own discretion, we may not be able to provide a refund. you can't. When issuing a refund, it will take at least one month to confirm and review the usage status with your telecommunications carrier or wholesaler.
