*There is no daily bandwidth limit.
*If the specified capacity for the current month (1st to last day) is exceeded, the communication speed will be reduced.


■Contract details

-Usage period-
Minimum usage period: First month (free) + 11 months (1 year)
*If one year expires , it will be automatically extended.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us using the email below.

*Cancellations can be made until the 25th of the previous month.
*Line penalty fee: ¥9,800 (tax included) (if canceled within the minimum usage period)

-Issuance cost-
・In addition to the monthly fee, a new SIM card issuance fee of 1,650 yen/line (tax included) will be required .

-Initial settings-
・If you would like the initial setting service, please return the product and we will provide it for 1,500 yen/unit. Please contact us if you wish.

■Notes
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after receiving the product for reasons other than SIM failure or malfunction.
The full amount will be charged in the month of cancellation.
When the rental period ends, there is no need to return the SIM. In the unlikely event that your SIM is damaged or lost, you will be charged a replacement fee of 3,300 yen (tax included).
Cancellation applications must be submitted 2 days in advance. (If it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the deadline will be the previous business day)
The period from ordering to delivery is approximately 5 days. However, we may run out of stock, so we would appreciate it if you could provide us with information as soon as possible.
Delivery data will be sent at the time of shipment.
After the minimum usage period expires, it will be automatically renewed. You can cancel your contract without penalty because it renews on a monthly basis.
If the carrier determines that the traffic is abnormal or the usage is illegal, such as by allowing a large amount of communication for a certain period of time such as P2P communication and affecting the usage of other users, the communication of the user will be restricted. However, we may give priority to maintaining the usage environment for other users. Please note.

*For foreign residents: Ka-Nichi Mobile requires you to upload identification documents to confirm your identity when applying. Please upload an image of your identity verification document and we will conduct a document review.

For the upload procedure, please upload "Identity Verification Documents Upload" . Please submit one of the following (driver's license, health insurance card, residence card, passport) *Copy of both front and back, within the expiration date
