●After receiving the product, we cannot accept cancellations except for SIM failure or defects.

●There is no need to return the SIM when the rental period ends. In the unlikely event that the SIM is damaged or lost, we will charge you a reissue fee of 3,300 yen (tax included).
●In principle, cancellation applications must be submitted 2 days in advance. (In the case of weekends and holidays, the deadline is the previous business day.)
●The time from order to delivery is approximately 5 days. However, there may be cases where the item is out of stock, so we would appreciate your early information.
●Delivery information will be sent at the time of shipment.
●After the minimum usage period has expired, the plan will be automatically renewed. Since the plan is renewed on a monthly basis, you can cancel the plan without paying any penalty.
●Please note that if a user uses a large amount of data for a certain period of time, such as P2P communications, which affects the service of other users, and the carrier determines that the traffic is abnormal or illegal, the carrier may restrict the user's data and prioritize maintaining the service environment for other users.
