-About returns-
The day after the rental end date (end of use date) is the return date for the loaned equipment.
Return: To return the equipment, please place the entire rental equipment in the enclosed return envelope and drop it off at the nearest post box.The mailing date will be the day after the rental end date.
If you fail to report your overdue return, your rental will be suspended.We will also charge a late fee of ¥500/day.
If the customer does not return the product after the rental period has ended, if the return date has passed, or if the product is damaged or lost after being returned, we will notify the customer and invoice them.


-About the contract-
If you wish to extend the period, you will need to place a new order.Please pay the recurring fee
Regarding cancellation:
6-month contract holders: If you cancel during the contract period, a cancellation fee of 6,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.
12-month contract holders: If you cancel during the contract period, a cancellation fee of 8,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

●(If the order falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the order will be closed on the previous business day) [Regarding refunds in the event of a problem] In principle, we will only respond if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Even if you are unable to use the service due to an error on our part, we will not be able to provide a refund unless you contact us. Similarly, even if you purchase equipment at your own discretion, we cannot accept refunds. When making a refund, it will take at least one month for the usage status to be confirmed and reviewed by the telecommunications carrier or wholesaler.
If any rental items or accessories other than the Wi-Fi router are lost or damaged, we will charge you the following compensation fees.
