*If you do not return the WIFI device, you will be charged 9,000 yen (tax included) as a contract cancellation fee.

Regarding rental period:
Example: (30-days plan)
Contract start date (delivery date): March 1st
Rental end date: March 30th
Return date: March 31st
Contract extension deadline: March 25th

-About the product-
● Before using the product, please check that all products are included.
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, defective, or missing parts, or that the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, please check the following details and contact us via the inquiry page within 5 days of the product arrival date.

-About shipping-
● FREE Shipping Nationwide 
If you wish to use it in the current month, It will be shipped within shortest 5 days.
●We will deliver it to your home on the rental start date (start date of use).Even if there is a delay in receiving the loaned equipment due to your absence, the rental start date (usage start date) will not change.

-About returns-
The day after the rental end date (end of use date) is the return date for the loaned equipment.
●Return: To return the equipment, please place the entire rental equipment in the enclosed return envelope and drop it off at the nearest Japan post box. The mailing date will be the day after the rental end date.
●If you fail to report your overdue return, your rental will be suspended. In addition, ¥500/day late extension fee will be charged.
If the customer does not return the product after the rental period has ended, if the return date has passed, or if the product is damaged or lost after being returned, we will notify the customer and invoice them.

-About the contract-

Similarly, even if you purchase equipment at your own discretion, we cannot accept refunds. When making a refund, it will take at least one month for the usage status to be confirmed and reviewed by the telecommunications carrier or wholesaler.
If any rental items or accessories other than the Wi-Fi router are lost or damaged, we will charge you the following compensation fees.
